Good questions.

Do I have to join to get this pricing?

Yes — everything on this page is member pricing. The point of the event is that you can start a membership October 1–4 and have all of it apply the same day, rather than waiting.

What happens at a consultation?

About twenty minutes. We walk the studio, talk about what you're actually trying to fix — sleep, recovery, energy, skin, weight — and show you which therapies fit and what a membership costs. You can leave without joining.

Am I locked into a contract?

Ask us directly at your consultation — we'll walk you through the current membership terms, including how to pause or cancel, before you sign anything.

Do the package deals expire?

The pricing is only available October 1–4. Packages are valid for 12 months from purchase, so there is plenty of time to use every session.

How does the $100 off subscriptions work?

Start a NAD+ IV, NR IV or GLP-1 subscription during October 1–4 and $100 comes off your first month. It applies once, to new subscriptions only. GLP-1 requires a provider consultation and eligibility review before your first dose.

I've never done any of this. Where do I start?

Most people start with cryotherapy or infrared sauna — they're quick, they feel good immediately, and they tell you a lot about whether recovery work is your thing. We'll point you somewhere sensible at the consultation.
